Kolkata: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) constable opened fire and shot three bullets to kill his higher official, Inspector Gurupada Sheit on Sunday. Later, he surrendered himself in front of the police. This incident took place in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) port in Kolkata on Sunday.
There was a dual between the victim Gurupada Sheit and a CRPF constable on unknown incident. The CRPF constable lost control and opened the fire on the victim. The inspector died on the spot. The accused has been arrested and being interrogated, the Kolkata Deputy Police Commissioner, Nisa Kumar said. The accused will be presented before the court.
