Later he addressed the media and said he would swear in as the Chief Minister on December, 26.
It is evident that the Congress Party which has won only 8 seats has decided to support the AAP to indirectly thump the BJP, which has won the maximum number of seats in the polls. It is worth mentioning here that BJP won 32 seats in the elections, while AAP and congress parties won 28 seats and 8 seats, respectively.

Arvind said the Congress Party should abide by the conditional agreement; else it will further make the AAP to emerge stronger with intensified sympathy that would be extended by the people of Delhi.
