Twist in Delhi Drug Case. The drug case which has come into light on Monday in the national capital has another twist in it. The key person involved in the drug racket, Gopi has been identified as the person hailing from Hyderabad in the preliminary stage of interrogation.

Delhi: The drug case which has come into light on Monday in the national capital has another twist in it. The key person involved in the drug racket, Gopi has been identified as the person hailing from Hyderabad in the preliminary stage of interrogation.

In order to get hold of the huge amount required for the militant operations, the Izabal Mujahidin has been involved in the drug business. Dubai based Ali has been the coordinator of the entire team. He has been sending drugs to Kashmir via Pakistan. In this entire process, Jammu & Kashmir based police, Khurshid Alam has been playing a vital role for the transfer of drugs through national borders.

The members of the same team, B Ganesh and Senthil have been bringing them to South India. They have been carrying out the sales through Gopi. On Monday, the special task police have laid trap for Khurshid, Ganesh and Senthil and seized 10kg heroin worth Rs 35cr. During the interrogation, it was revealed that Gopi used to visit them to buy heroin; however, he never disclose his identification to them.

Based on the preliminary evidence, the police have been suspecting Gopi as a person hailing from Hyderabad. A special team will be shortly sent to Hyderabad for more details.

It is worth recollecting that the special police have arrested 3 people including a constable. They seized drugs worth Rs 35cr from them. The police have been interrogating the constable for last three days.

In the recent past, the national capital has turned to be the crime capital and the crime rate rather has been increasing in a progressive manner. More prominently, with the recent incident it becomes palpable that the government officials extend their support to the criminals.
