Shinde calls on Ansari
Sushil Kumar Shinde Calls on Hamid Ansari. he union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde called on the Rajya Sabha chairman Hamid Ansari on Monday.
Delhi: The union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde called on the Rajya Sabha chairman Hamid Ansari on Monday. He discussed on various issue pertaining to Telangana bill to be introduced in Rajya Sabha on Tuesday. Ansari was also called on by Kamalnath and Jairam Ramesh along with Shinde.
Later, the union minister Jairam Ramesh addressed the media and said that Telangana bill will be introduced in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday at 1230 p.m.
Conversely, the Visalandhra Maha Sabha, in a press note has mentioned that Telangana bill should not be introduced in the Rajya Sabha before Loksabha, as many financial issues are related to the formation of Telangana. They demanded for the introducing of the Telangana bill first in Loksabha and later in Rajya Sabha.
