Secretary General of the Lok Sabha on Wednesday sought legal advice on the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Bill-2013.
The Lok Sabha Secretariat is trying to figure out whether the Telangana bill is a money bill and whether rules mandated its introduction first in the Lok Sabha.
The Lok Sabha Secretariat also handed over the 69-page Bill to the members of the Parliament.
Sources say that the Centre is planning to introduce the Bill only after the House approves the Vote-on-Account on February 18, just three days before the last session of the 15th Lok Sabha is supposed to conclude.
