The bench, consisting of three judges will hear the arguments and then it will decide whether death penalty should be awarded or not.

The horrible Delhi gang rape incident was happened on 16th December 2012. A 23 year old student and her male friend were attacked cruelly, after they got into a private bus. Her friend was beaten and then the girl was gang raped and brutally tortured. Both were thrown out the bus. The young women died after 13 days.
