New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday expressed its disappointment with N Srinivasan for presiding over a working committee meeting on February 8, contrary to the apex court ruling disqualifying him from participating in any Board meetings.

The apex court expressed unhappiness over N Srinivasan's participation in a BCCI meeting on February 8.
The apex court said that the BCCI president-in-exile should not have done this. A Bench of Justices T.S. Thakur and Ibrahim Kalifulla heard the petition filed by Adithya Varma of Cricket Association of Bihar for a direction to initiate contempt of court proceedings against Mr Srinivasan.
The Supreme Court also said,
Srinivasan should not have done this, we have certainly found that there is a conflict of interest, says SC.
The top court has also asked Srinivasan for an explanation for chairing BCCI meet despite its orders by 27th February.
