Congress Leader Jairam Ramesh blames PM Modi over AP special status

Congress senior leader Jairam Ramesh criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP and the Centre for not fulfilling promises made to Andhra Pradesh at the time of bifurcation of the state.

Jairam Ramesh on Wednesday said that the failure of the BJP-led NDA Government on not according special status to AP results to cheating the Andhra Pradesh people.

Accusing PM Modi of running a one-man show at the Centre, bypassing Parliament and ruling the country through ordinances, the Congress leader questioned Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu over the Centre’s silence on AP Special Status.
