As per the reports coming in, the Mumbai police on Wednesday issued a warning that the terrorists are likely to carry out an attack any time before Independence Day. The Police have come up with safety measures and banned remote-controlled drones fearing terror attack.


Previously also, alerts have been issued of terror attacks in Mumbai with intelligence agencies issuing alert in the month of April just after the release of the 26/11 Mumbai attack mastermind and Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Zaki-ur Rehman Lakhvi from a Rawalpindi jail in Pakistan. In January, an alert was issued after two notes with ISIS names on them were found at the Mumbai airport.


The notes reading “26/01/2015 IS BOM OK?” were located in the washrooms meant for males that were located inside the Terminal A1 of Mumbai's domestic airport.
