BJP leader Subramanian Swamy who is also the complainant in the National Herald case on Sunday took a swing at Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi, saying he was the only one working hard in the case while the latte were 'vacationing'.

"I am the only one who is not vacationing but working. The accused are going all over the world and having a vacation, even their lawyers are out. Nobody turned up yesterday, even though we had given them advance notice," Swamy told ANI.

"The court has decided to hear my application for summoning of documents; I have already proved the prima facie case, now it is the job of the other side to rebut it, so there are many documents I can file in the court," he added.

Swamy also said that these documents are there with the government and although he is a ruling party member, he still would be adopting proper procedure to avail those documents.

"I think the proper procedure is through Section 91 of the CrPC, so I have filed an application summoning the documents from the Finance Ministry, Corporate Affairs Ministry, Urban Development Ministry, DDA and Registrar Companies," he said.

"These documents are necessary for me to prove convincingly that these are the people who committed the crime," he added.

Swamy had yesterday moved an application before the Delhi court, seeking the court to summon documents through the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in connection with the criminal complaint filed by him. (ANI)
