The Commissioner also got the complaints registers from five police stations in which the complainants registered their complaints. He personally rang up and enquired from them whether the officials at police stations were polite to them or not while receiving their complaints. He also asked them as to how many times they visited the police station.
Nizamabad: The ‘Dial Your CP’ programme was held here on Monday in which the Commissioner of Police Kartikeya participated. People from Armoor, Bodhan and Nizamabad rang up the Police Commissioner and explained their problems to him.
The Commissioner also got the complaints registers from five police stations in which the complainants registered their complaints. He personally rang up and enquired from them whether the officials at police stations were polite to them or not while receiving their complaints. He also asked them as to how many times they visited the police station.
Commissioner Kartikeya directed the officials to take action against those who were rude or impolite while registering the complaints of the people.Special Branch Inspector Venkana was also present.
