A Venkateshwar Reddy, Chairman of Sports Authority of Telangana State SATS on Friday announced that the first edition of Telangana State Chief Ministers T20 Cricket Cup2018, organised jointly with Help Age will be inaugurated at the Lal Bahadur Stadium here on September 25 The grand finale is slated for October 7
Hyderabad: A Venkateshwar Reddy, Chairman of Sports Authority of Telan-gana State (SATS) on Friday announced that the first edition of Telangana State Chief Minister’s T20 Cricket Cup-2018, organised jointly with Help Age will be inaugurated at the Lal Bahadur Stadium here on September 25. The grand finale is slated for October 7.
He said that 24 teams from 31 districts will be participating in the tournament where the winner will take home Rs 2.5 lakh while the runner-up will get Rs 1.5 lakh.
The third place finishing team will be richer by Rs one lakh. In a major boost to the players, the Man of the Series will be awarded Rs 50,000 while each Man of the Match will get Rs 10,000.
The six groups will comprise of four teams each who will compete in the league structure till quarterfinals
