Vijayamma vows help for Cyclone-hit region

Srikakulam: Late chief minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy's wife, YS Vijayamma visited cyclone-hit Srikakulam on Wednesday. Expressing her sympathy for those affected by the Cyclone Phailin, Vijayamma assured them of help on behalf of her party. She told them that YSR Congress Party will always stand by them.

Speaking to the media post visit, vijayamma demanded that the victims be given a fair compensation from the government.
Moved by the pathetic plight of farmers, she also asked for their loans to be waived off.
