HP Launches Voice Tablets
Hardware giant HP had launched two new voice tablet devices - HP Slate7 and 6, which are designed to help Indian mobile users multitask on the go. The Slate 7 comes with 6-inch screen while its smaller sibling Slate 6 features 7-inch screen.
These devices are powered by a quad-core processor, enabling users to multitask at everything from email to web surfing to gaming to streaming. Built on Android operating system, the tablets come with dual SIM dual standby, front-firing stereo speakers and new IPS panel.
“HP is innovating for this next generation, addressing the unique needs of customers in India with voice-enabled tablets that deliver performance they can trust, and the entertainment they want,” Rajiv Srivastava, Vice President, HP India.
How we create, consume and share information is rapidly evolving, driving the demand for new devices and form factors that adapt to the different ways people work and play, he added.
