A TNGOs Association delegation led by its president G Deviprasad met Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao at Camp Office on Sunday evening, and told him that they were not happy with Kamalnathan panel. It has been constantly ignoring concerns raised by Telangana employee unions, they said. Deviprasad urged Chief Minister to ensure that employees work in their respective states.

TNGOs also requested KCR to enhance retirement age of government employees from existing 58 to 60. They also emphasised need to set up Telangana Public Service Commission at the earliest. The delegation also submitted a memorandum on their pending service issues like 10th PRC and health cards among others.
Meanwhile, at an executive meeting held earlier in the day, TNGOs resolved to extend support by direct participation in protest programmes called by Khammam JAC against transfer of seven mandals in Khammam district to Andhra Pradesh to facilitate construction of Polavaram irrigation project.
