Lakshman question’s Sania’s nativity

Lakshman, a BJP MLA of Telangana, alleged that KCR has declared Sania Mirza as the brand ambassador of Telangana just for claiming a victory in the GHMC polls. He addressed the media on Wednesday and said that TRS Party has been getting involved in the nastiest politics. He alleged that TRS has been only caring for the minorities while leaving other communities aside. He wondered whether KCR didn’t feel like to think of the poor sportspersons while granting Rs 1Cr to Sania. He wondered why only Rs 25L was granted to the kids who mounted Everest.

Lakshman further wondered how could Sania who took birth in Maharashtra can be the brand ambassador of Telangana while exclaiming that has ever Sania fought for Telangana or played Bathukamma. He wondered why nativity was not applicable to Sania who was born in Maharashtra and a daughter-in-law of Pakistan, once it is applicable to all those who came to Telangana after 1956. He even took the reference of Kavitha’s statements on Kashmir and held the same as irresponsible. He welcomed the payment of salaries on Jul 25 and said that the same trend should be followed even for Dasara and Diwali festivals.
