Govt Can Decide On Nativity: TRS. TRS politburo member Karne Prabhakar on Sunday lashed out at TDP leaders for creating unnecessary confusion on nativity in reimbursement of fees to students.
Hyderabad: TRS politburo member Karne Prabhakar on Sunday lashed out at TDP leaders for creating unnecessary confusion on nativity in reimbursement of fees to students.
Addressing media at party office here on Sunday, he stated that state had the discretionary authority to decide on nativity. Prabhaker pointed to the Supreme Court verdict in the past when one petitioner named Rosaiah approached apex court on the same issue. The court gave judgment that State had authority to decide on nativity of people.
Prabhakar recalled how Chandrababu Naidu as the chief minister in undivided State had fixed 1950 as a cut-off mark in ITDA staff issue. Unmindful of this, the TDP leaders in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states were criticising Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao unnecessarily, he lamented. The TRS leader was highly critical of Revanth Reddy's accusations which he termed as childish behaviour.
