Hyderabad: Narayana, a national leader of Communist Party of India (CPI), on Tuesday wondered whether the Chief Minister of Telangana KCR is also terrified. He said that despite the fact Telangana state emerged as the 29th state of India, there was no recognition sought so far for the Telangana movement.
He demanded that the Telangana unification day on September 17 to be held officially in the state. He wondered if even the Telangana state government has been frightened by the religious forces.
Narayana said that it was atrocious that the farmers who demanded for the power were beaten with lathis in Medak. Further, Narayana demanded for the immediate EAMCET counseling. Narayana said that the CPI would hold the centenary celebrations of Chandra Rajeshwara Rao on August 10th & 11th. He said apart from the open air meetings, the CPI party would hold red shirt feats on this occasion.
