Checklist to be given to households before mega survey, In an effort to make the survey successful, an intensive house hold survey pamphlet and a checklist in three languages would be given to the households on 17th and 18th August.
Hyderabad: In an effort to make the survey successful, an intensive house hold survey pamphlet and a checklist in three languages would be given to the households on 17th and 18th August. The enumerator would paste it as sticker on the door of the house and put a tick mark signifying the pre-survey visit. The sticker would also have the contact number of the enumerator so that citizens could contact him if in doubt.
In case the enumerator has not visited the house, citizens could call on 21 11 11 11 and represent their grievance to GHMC, informed GHMC Commissioner Somesh Kumar. With regard to Caste Certificate, Birth Certificate, Physically Challenged Certificate citizens were expected to produce the photo copies to the enumerator so he could furnish the entire details in the household survey.
Citizens are expected to keep the following documents ready. Drinking water bill, electricity bill, house property tax receipt, LPG connection (consumer voucher), post office Savings/bank passbook, Aadhar card, caste certificate copy, birth certificate copy, Sadarem/disabled certificate, RC book copy of vehicles owned, Pattadar passbook & title deed copy, ration card, voter ID card, PAN card, mobile phone bill, weaker section housing certificate/allotment order, pension passbook copy, House property document copy, etc.
