KCR Launches Telangana New Police Patrolling Vehicles At Tank Bund. KCR, the Chief Minister of Telangana, launched the first phase of hi-tech patrolling vehicles at Tank Bund in Hyderabad.

Hyderabad: KCR, the Chief Minister of Telangana, launched the first phase of hi-tech patrolling vehicles at Tank Bund in Hyderabad. The police department has done up with the procurement and other issues concerned with the procurement of vehicles well in time at 11.30 a.m. As many as 100 Innova vehicles and 300 bikes are launched.

DGP Anurag Sharma has delivered the inaugural address and said that hi-tech vehicles will prove their best in the security of the people. He said the world class policing will be achieved in Hyderabad. Anurag Sharma assured the Chief Minister on behalf of entire Telangana police that they would stand up to their expectations.

Later, KCR addressed and congratulated Hyderabad Police Commissioner Mahender Reddy and Cyberabad Police Commissioner CV Anand for getting the hi-tech vehicles ready in a record time. He expressed confidence in Hyderabad/Cyberabad police that they would achieve the world class standards as desired.

KCR urged the police to a generalised concern that it is the police duty instead of having concern for their own area of responsibility. He expressed confidence that the Hyderabad Police Commissionerate will attain the standards at par to that of New York police.
