Sangareddy: Each Dalit family will be allotted three acres of land besides the first year’s investment by the Telangana State government, said Minister T Harish Rao here on Wednesday.
Speaking to the media, Rao stated that the allotted land would be fit for cultivation. He claimed that the land allotment by the government to be made for five years was a model for the country.
The minister listed out the welfare schemes being implemented by the government such as giving incentives for the employees, scrapping of tax on autorickshaws and tractors and protection of Girijan girls born in ‘thandas’.
