HMWS&SB initiative gets good response, The response was good to the Dial Ur MD progamme of HMWS&SB held here on Saturday.
Hyderabad: The response was good to the Dial Ur MD progamme of HMWS&SB held here on Saturday. About 13 complaints relating to billing, inadequate water supply and low pressure from areas like Alwal, Balanagar, Malakpet, Sultan Bazaar, Old Mallepally, Kachiguda, Erragadda, Miyapur and Alkapuri were received. The Executive Director of the Board, M Satyanarayana, who chaired the programme, assured the complainants to redress the issue and instructed the concerned officials to attend to them immediately and send Action Taken Reports (ATR) to the head office. Earlier, 24 complaints, mainly on long-pending billing issues, were received and the executive director instructed concerned chief general managers to resolve these complaints immediately. Among others who attended these programme include S Prabhakar Sharma, Director (Technical), Dr PS Suryanarayana, Director (Revenue), G Rameshwar Rao, Director (Operations) and others.
