However, the news is far from truth. In an interview to a leading English daily, the Telangana minister for legislative affairs, mines, marketing and irrigation rubbished the allegations made by the Opposition.

In fact, he iterated that he and KTR were happy to work under the guidance of CM KCR. He also dismissed talks that there was a rift between the family members for want of power. Harish Rao asserted that these were merely creations by those with vested interests.
When asked about the next head of the newly formed state, he said it was too early to talk about it and exuded confidence that KCR will rule Telangana for next 15-20 years.
