The Telangana government's first budget began a few minutes ago in the Assembly.
Finance minister Etela Rajendar presented the first budget of the newly formed state with emphasis on electoral promises, welfare scheme and developmental prokects.
Telangana Chief Ministr K Chandrashekar Rao reached Assembly an hour before the budget was to be presented.
