Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao game plan for leading an all-party delegation to New Delhi seems to be off tracked. The chances of the delegation meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi for resolving bifurcation-related issues with Andhra Pradesh look slim.

The Chief Minister’s office approached PMO and sought an appointment with Mr Modi, on the other hand the PMO is yet to respond. KCR is now planning to utilize the Chief Ministers’ meeting convened by Mr Modi in New Delhi on December 7 to raise these issues.

The CMs’ meeting has been specially convened to discuss the alternatives for the Planning Commission, which was abolished by the Centre recently. It seems that KCR is hoping that the Prime Minister will be able to spare him a few minutes prior to or after the meeting to forth the issues concerning Telangana.
