Hyderabad: A 30-year-old man was electrocuted when he came in contact with an uncovered electric meter unit in Secunderabad on Saturday. The deceased, who is yet to be identified, had gone to relieve himself when he got electrocuted, said the cops. “The meter unit box has been lying uncovered for the past few months and this is the second such incident,” the cops said blaming the electricity authorities. Locals who found him dead alerted the police, who in turn rushed to the spot and shifted the body to Gandhi Hospital. A case has been registered.
