The date for MLC election to two Graduate Constituencies in Telangana-Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda and Mahabubnagar-Ranga Reddy-Hyderabad has been changed from March 16 to March 22. While polling will now be held on March 22, counting would be taken up on March 25.

Election Commission has issued a fresh notification to this effect on Tuesday evening. According to the commission, the change has been made in view of poll date clashing with Intermediate examinations. However, no change has been made in the polling date for two Teachers constituencies in Andhra Pradesh.
