Jagadish to file defamation case against Ponnam
The Minister of Energy, G Jagadish Reddy, on Tuesday said that he would file a defamation case against the Congress leader Ponnam Prabhakar for making derogatory comments and false allegations against him.
Nalgonda: The Minister of Energy, G Jagadish Reddy, on Tuesday said that he would file a defamation case against the Congress leader Ponnam Prabhakar for making derogatory comments and false allegations against him.
Speaking at a media conference in the TRS district office here, Jagadish Reddy along with the TRS district convenor Bandi Narender Reddy and the Zilla Parishad Chairman Balu Naik said the people were well aware of his sincerely and honesty. He reiterated that he would drag the Congress leader to the court. He visited the town on the occasion of TRS candidate for Warangal-Nalgonda-Khammam Graduates constituency Palla Rajeshwar Reddy filing his nomination papers. The Minister said Rajeshwar Reddy would file his nomination papers before Returning Officer on Wednesday.
A rally would be taken out from NG College to the Collectorate at 10 am on the occasion. He urged the TRS members and graduate voters to attend the rally in huge number and make it a grand success.
He accused the BJP government at the Centre and TDP in the State of working against the interests of the people of the Telangana. He asked the graduate voters to teach a befitting lesson to these two parties.
