GHMC\'s innovative scheme of Swimming Pool Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation is the only Corporation in the Country which has taken up lot of innovative schemes for betterment of civic services to the citizens of the state capital.

The GHMC has constructed a Swimming Pool especially for kids at Amberpet at cost of Rs. 144 lakhs spread over 4000 sq. meter for benefit of infants and babies to take a breather in the summer months.
A boys and girls training pool size of 50’-0” x 25’-0” of depth 3’-0” – 4’-0” and Baby pool size is 15’-0” x 15’-0” and depth 2’-0 have been installed besides a pool filtration plant and machinery .The swimming pool with a capacity of 300 children can participate every day and Telangana Finance minister Etela Rajender and Forest Minister Jogu Ramanna will inaugurate the swimming pool on Saturday.
