The interim orders were given by the vacation bench comprising Justice M.S.K. Jaiswal and Justice K.C. Bhanu while hearing two petitions challenging the strike, moved by TD leader C.L. Venkat Rao and G. Mohammad Ghouse from Chittoor.


Former Advocate General Mr C.V. Mohan Reddy, appearing for Mr Venkat Rao, said that both AP and Telangana state governments were not taking action against the strike that was prohibited by RTC.
