Appealing to the MLAs to go for a conscience vote, Mr Reddy said that the defectors from TD and Congress joined TRS to get power.
Demanding a case to be filed against Telangana Chief Minister and TRS Chief K Chandrasekhar Rao, Mr Reddy alleged that KCR is purposely exploiting constitutional institutions and encouraging open defections into the TRS party.
