Warangal: Rotary Club of Hanamkonda has come forward to donate artificial limbs to about 58 persons who lost their limbs due to various reasons. For the purpose of preparing artificial legs, Rotary Club had organised a diagnosis and measurement taking camp at Vinayaka Neuro-Multi-specialty Hospital in Hanamkonda on Sunday. Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao inaugurated the camp.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister expressed concern at the increased number of persons becoming physically challenged as they were losing legs due to accidents and diseases like diabetes. He lauded the efforts being made by Rotary Club of Hanamkonda president K Indrasena Reddy and his team in offering support to the affected persons.

Indrasena Reddy addressing the gathering informed that the persons identified for the limbs distribution would be provided artificial legs within ten days of time. Rotary Club of Warangal president T Vaidyanath, TRS politburo member P Sudharshan Reddy, district president T Ravinder Rao, urban president N Narender, Club office bearers S Srikanth, D Srinivas and others were present.
