TRS MP: Injustice for Telangana origin people in judiciary

During a discussion in Lok Sabha on Tuesday, TRS MP Jithender Reddy said that Telangana people in the judiciary are being subjected to injustice due to the poor representation. The TRS MP pointed out that 25 out of 29 Hyderabad High Court judges are from AP.

Also, Jithender Reddy said that the High Court bifurcation delay was a violation of constitution as there were provisions for separate High Court in the Reorganization Act.
Citing the example of High Courts being set up within a week of bifurcation of Uttarakhand, Chattisgarh and Jharkand states, the TRS leader urged the Centre to complete the process soon.
