OU JAC team invites Rahul Gandhi for meet
A delegation of the Osmania University\'s JAC arrived here on Friday to invite the AICC vice president, Rahul Gandhi, to address them at their campus sometime later this month. Leading the delegation, the TPCC president, Uttam Kumar Reddy, said despite Telangana becoming an independent State after bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, problems continued to confront the people of the State.

New Delhi: A delegation of the Osmania University's JAC arrived here on Friday to invite the AICC vice president, Rahul Gandhi, to address them at their campus sometime later this month. Leading the delegation, the TPCC president, Uttam Kumar Reddy, said despite Telangana becoming an independent State after bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, problems continued to confront the people of the State.
The youth in particular were dejected with the anti-people policies of the TRS government and were looking towards the Congress for guidance. It was the right time for Rahul Gandhi to come and address the students, he said adding it would also help rejuvenate the Congress party in Telangana. The delegation met Rahul Gandhi on Friday evening to extend the invite.
