Hans photo journalist bags US award. The Hans India photo journalist Nagaraju Devara Vemuluri bagged the prestigious Associate Image Colleague Society Award on Tuesday.
Hyderabad: The Hans India photo journalist Nagaraju Devara Vemuluri bagged the prestigious Associate Image Colleague Society Award on Tuesday. The US-based agency selected 12 of his black and white photographs for presenting the award. Globally, the AICS had received 36 entries out of which, it chose only five members and Nagaraju is one among them.
On the eve of World Photography Day celebrations organised in Vijayawada on Tuesday, Andhra Pradesh State Assembly Deputy Speaker Mandali Buddha Prasad felicitated Nagaraju and presented him the certificate. T Srinivas Reddy, another photo journalist attended the event and congratulated Nagaraju.
