Stating that KCR was losing credibility among people, Uttam Kumar said that Telangana government failed to provide clarity on the encounter in Warangal district.
Speaking regarding the Warangal Lok Sabha by-election, the TPCC chief said that after holding discussions with Congress party high command, the candidate would be announced on October 28.
