Man dies while watching horror movie. A 55-year-old labourer from Kishanbagh died of cardiac arrest while watching a Telugu horror movie in a theatre on Friday morning.
Hyderabad: A 55-year-old labourer from Kishanbagh died of cardiac arrest while watching a Telugu horror movie in a theatre on Friday morning. According to police, Amaranatham (55) of Kishanbagh, while watching a movie, suffered cardiac arrest and died instantly.
As there were only a few audience in the theatre, no one could identify Amarnatham seating in the last row. The theatre staff saw him dropping dead in the seat and and informed the police.
The Bahadurpura police reached the spot and shifted the body to Osmania General Hospital Mortuary for autopsy. On receiving information about incident, film director Omkar met the family of Amaranatham and handed over them an ex-gratia of Rs 1 lakh.
