The Delhi Public School (DPS), Nacharam hosted snowy, thematic Winter Sports Day on Saturday. Olympic tennis player Vishnu Vardhan was the chief guest for the occasion.
Hyderabad: The Delhi Public School (DPS), Nacharam hosted snowy, thematic Winter Sports Day on Saturday. Olympic tennis player Vishnu Vardhan was the chief guest for the occasion.
The event started off with a guard of honour to the chief guest Vishnu Vardhan, DPS chairman Komaraiah, Director Pallavi and Principal Sunitha S Rao by the student council, who hold various leadership positions in the school. Olaf is a special mascot of the winter season.
The mascot song set the stage for a grand opening which was followed by the “Snow Ball Drill” performed by children dressed as Olafs. The luscious green lawns welcomed the kindergarten athletes of 20 different schools.
