Woman protests at lovers residence

Karimnagar: Duped by lover, Vanitha staged dharna in front of her lover’s house at Rampur village in Malyala mandal on Monday.

Both Vanitha and Sanjeev have been in relationship for more than one year and their family members also were aware about it.

Vanitha said that Sanjeev on Sunday told that he couldn’t marry her since he has the responsibility of his sister’s marriage.

She said she had given Rs 50,000 cash and gold ornaments to him.

Feeling cheated, she started the protest demanding marriage with him.
