KCR under scrutiny for spending Rs 7 crore on Chandi Yagam

KCR is facing criticism from various sections of people and the opposition parties for reportedly spending Rs 7 crore towards the ritual particularly when the state has been declared drought hit and the farmers are committing suicide over crop failure.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister said that not a penny has been taken from the state exchequer and the expenditure is his besides the donations received from people who believe in God and yagams.
