NTPC rural cultural programme concludes
The five-day rural cultural programme organised by the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) along with SPICMACAY was concluded on Saturday.
Ramagundam (Karimnagar): The five-day rural cultural programme organised by the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) along with SPICMACAY was concluded on Saturday.
NTPC, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity, organised cultural programmes in ten nearby government high schools from December 28, 2015 to Saturday.
On the concluding day, the programme was organised at Government Zilla Parishad High School in Kannala and Government ZPHS in Ramagundam.
The SPICMACAY team comprising Y Srinivasulu (Kuchipudi), K Subrahmanyam (vocal music and Nattuvangam), P Satyanarayana (Mridangam), Kranti Narayan (dancing) and Manjusha (dancing) performed in the schools and also explained their art form to the students.
The CSR team and respective school teachers and students were present in large numbers on the occasion.
