Aswaraopet (Khammam): The Palvancha divisional committee of the All India Kisan Mazdoor Sangh (AIKMS) on Wednesday demanded that the State government should declare the entire Telangana State as drought-hit.
Addressing the general body meeting of the AIKMS held at the New Democracy party office in Aswaraopet town on Wednesday, State AIKMS committee member Prabhakar said that the State government should also write off the loans of farmers in one-go.
Later, Prabhakar and the party workers went in a huge procession to the Tahsildar’s office in the town and submitted a memorandum against corruption.
