7th Battalion Commandant takes part in rock climbing
The Telangana Special Police Force (7th Battalion) Commandant Y. Srinivasa Rao participated in the Nehru Yuvakendras (NYK) Rock Climbing Camp at Alisagar in the district on Monday.
Nizamabad: The Telangana Special Police Force (7th Battalion) Commandant Y. Srinivasa Rao participated in the Nehru Yuvakendra’s (NYK) Rock Climbing Camp at Alisagar in the district on Monday.
The NYK was conducting the rock climbing camp for 35 youth belonging to Nizamabad, Adilabad, Medak, Karimnagar and Warangal districts in Telangana State. As a part of its schedule, practical training was imparted to the participants on Monday and the commandant was the chief guest in the camp on the occasion.
They climbed the rocks at Alisagar. The youth participants were surprised on seeing the fitness level of the commandant Srinivas Rao who was more than 50 years of age. He was able to perform all the feats with effortless ease which inspired the youth participants a lot.
Addressing the gathering, the Commandant assured of his support and cooperation to NYK in future for participating in such adventurous activities.
