Warangal: TRS youth wing activist K Rinakar was booked on the charges of kidnap, rape and extortion.The accused was said have sexually abused a girl on December 30 and blackmailed her and her boyfriend, the Shayampet police said. Based on a complaint by the girls’ boyfriend, the police registered a case against Rinakar.
Cases were booked under IPC section 376, 384, 506 and others, said Shayampet SI Praveen Kumar. The accused was absconding and a manhunt was launched to arrest him, he added.
