Cylinder explosion caused by gas leak claims a life in Hyderabad

In an LPG explosion, a 55-year-old man lost his life in Hyderabad on Friday. The deceased identified as Reddy Ranga Rao, from Patamata, succumbed to death on Sunday at Sentini Hospitals in Hyderabad after sustaining 70 percent burns in the explosion.

Ranga Rao who worked as a scrap merchant at Auto Nagar suffered grave injuries in the explosion that affected the area surrounding his house up to 30 feet. Ranga Rao's wife Santa Kumari escaped unhurt even though she was in the house at the time of the incident.
