In-patient services at NIMS soon, says Health Minister

Nalgonda: State Health minister Dr K Laxma Reddy on Tuesday said that in-patient services would be launched shortly in Bibinagar branch of Nizam Institute of Medical Science (NIMS)

The Minister visited NIMS and examined the functioning of various wards in the hospital. Later, addressing the media, he said that the Bibinagar branch of NIMS started on March 16 and till now, 150 out-patient services and 1900 investigations were completed.

Dr Laxma Reddy said that the cardiology, neurology, urology services would be started shortly for the convenience of the people of this region. He said that the vacant area of the NIMS would be allotted to construct AIMS, he added.

The Minister collected information on the Emergency Services to be launched from here shortly from the director Dr Manohar Rao. During his visit to the hospital, he inaugurated the water facility arranged by LDS charity. Bhongir MLA P Shekar Reddy was present on the occasion.
