In the Intermediate results declared on Friday, Kakatiya Junior College’s BPC students bagged the state first ranks in Junior and senior Intermediate public examination besides bagging several distinctions in first and second year examinations.

Nizamabad: In the Intermediate results declared on Friday, Kakatiya Junior College’s BPC students bagged the state first ranks in Junior and senior Intermediate public examination besides bagging several distinctions in first and second year examinations. According to the college directors Tejaswini, Kakatiya Raju and Rajanikant, BPC first year student Vaibhav secured 467 marks out of 470 in the first year and came first in the state.

Similarly, in the second year, BPC student Nidhi Mehran secured 994 out of 1000 and got the first rank in the state. In MPC group, first year student Nomini Razvi bagged the state third rank securing 464 marks out of 470. Second year MPC student Preeti Sarma secured 992 out of 1000 to secure the second rank in the state.

The college students got 21 of the first 25 ranks in the State. In BPC group, college student got the third rank in the state with a tally of 991 marks. Similarly, Ayesha Badar (983 marks) got the 11th rank and Srikant (981) got the 13th rank. In the MPC group, Abhilash (989 marks) and Ch Manish shared the fifth rank, Keertana got sixth rank (988), Saivaraprasad and Kreestu Das shared the eighth rank (986) and Vanaja (985 marks) got the ninth rank.

At a programme held in the college campus, the college staff and management congratulated the meritorious students. Responding to the securing the first rank in the state, a jubilant Vaibhav attributed his success to encouragement from the college teaching staff and planned study up to 14 hours a day.
