Vemulawada temple tank inspected

Karimnagar: Irrigation Chief Engineer B Nagendra Rao inspected the gudi cheruvu (temple tank) of Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy temple at Vemulawada on Thursday.
He was here to study the possibility of turning gudi cheruvu into Mini Tank Bund. It may be mentioned here that government had released Rs 62.89 crore for the conversion of Gudicheruvu as Mini Tank Bund.
Earlier, the CE offered prayers in the temple. The other officials, Superintending Engineer Venkata Krishna, EE Chiranjeevulu, DEE Pavan Kumar, temple EE Rajaiah, DE Raghunandan Rao and PRO Upadhyayula Chandrasekhar were also present.
