Hanuman Jayanti celebrated on a grand note

Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated in a grand note in the district on Tuesday. Devotees performed special poojas at various Hanuman temples located in the district. In temple town Yadadri, a huge rally with 2,000 devotees was organised by a Hindu-backed organisation. The procession was carried out from Gundlapalli to Vikunta Dwaram covering three kilometres.

Gosha Mahal MLA Raja Singh participated in the rally. Gutta police made tight security arrangements to avoid any untoward incidents during the rally. In another rally conducted by Lord Laxmi Narasimha Swamy temple authorities, local MLA Gongidi Sunitha, temple EO Geetha, priests and devotees participated.
