Hyderabad: Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Monday said K Chandrashekar Rao was the number one Chief Minister in India for launching many welfare schemes and developmental programmes. “The entire nation is looking at Telangana for first-of-its-kind and innovative schemes for the cause of the people and Chandrashekar Rao got recognition as the best Chief Minister in the country,” he maintained.
Srinivas Yadav was addressing a meeting of Greater Hyderabad TRS workers on State Formation Day celebrations at the party headquarters Telangana Bhavan along with Home Minister N Narsimha Reddy and others. Speaking on the occasion, Srinivas Yadav said the people were extending support to the TRS government for its welfare schemes.
He said that only the TRS was being seen in Telangana as other parties were almost vanished. The Minister said the State is in the forefront in implementing welfare schemes for inclusive growth and many people were surprised to see unblemished governance by Chandrashekar Rao. He also said with his foresight, the Chief Minister avoided drinking water problem in twin cities during summer and managed to get a landslide victory in the GHMC elections with 99 seats, he added.
